Rough-in day. It's one of our favorite stages of any build - the walls are open, the framing is fresh, and everything we do now sets the foundation for how this space will function for years to come. This party barn is shaping up to be something special.

Rough-in work is where the real planning pays off. Before a single outlet cover goes on or a light fixture gets hung, we're running wire, mapping circuits, and making sure the electrical layout actually makes sense for how the space will be used. A barn built for entertaining has different demands than a standard residential build - you need capacity, flexibility, and clean routing from the start.

This is the kind of new construction work we genuinely enjoy. It's not just pulling wire through studs. It's thinking through the whole picture - where the loads will be, how the panel needs to be sized, what the finished space is going to need when it's full of people.
