Formetco Digital Billboard Wiring and Commissioning in Bozeman

We just wrapped up the electrical wiring, startup, and commissioning for a pair of new Formetco digital billboards right here in Bozeman. This kind of work goes way beyond running a few wires - it involves building out the full power infrastructure and then verifying that every system is operating safely before the displays ever go live.

Digital billboards like these are serious pieces of equipment. The internal cabinet layout inside the sign structure shows rows of Formetco power and control modules lined up on both sides - each one needs to be properly wired, tested, and confirmed before commissioning can happen. Getting that wrong means a sign that fails, or worse, a safety issue. Neither is acceptable.

Our startup and commissioning process is thorough by design. We don't hand a job off until we've done full system checks and confirmed everything is running the way it should. For a display this size and this visible, that attention to detail matters. The sign has to work on day one - and keep working.

This kind of commercial lighting installation and retrofitting work is something we do well. Large-scale LED display systems require a solid understanding of power infrastructure, load management, and control systems. It's not a job for someone figuring it out as they go.
