Custom Sauna Lighting for an Earthborn Nordic Sauna Build

We got to be part of something pretty special on this one. Earthborn Nordic Sauna builds some seriously impressive custom saunas, and we were brought in to handle the lighting install - the kind of finishing touches that tie the whole space together.

Inside the sauna, we ran warm decorative tape lighting along the base of the bench framing. It sounds simple, but the effect it creates is anything but. That low, amber glow bounces off the natural cedar and the river rock floor in a way that instantly makes the space feel calm and intentional. It sets a mood without doing too much.

On the exterior, we installed recessed can lights under the cedar soffit overhang. The warm tone plays really well against the natural wood and black metal trim. Clean, even coverage with no harsh spots - the kind of lighting that looks like it was always meant to be there.
